Holding partnerships accountable for delivering at least 80%+ of expected outputs (revenue and units).


Government & Policy Relations


Building strong networks with government officials, policymakers, and regulatory agencies.
Anticipating  and influencing legislative and regulatory developments in renewable energy, climate, and agriculture.
Positioning Sistema.bio as a thought leader and trusted partner in policy conversations.


 Leadership & Team Development


Leading , mentoring, and developing a high-performing commercial team across Africa, with clear KPIs, succession plans, and growth pathways.

Budgeting & Reporting


Owning the commercial budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Agribusiness, or any relevant field. 
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in commercial strategy, business development, or corporate sales across Africa.
Deep network of senior decision-makers in renewable energy, climate, agri-business, or adjacent green sectors.
