Role Summary:

As the Grants Coordinator, you’ll be the CMO’s right hand in all things grants. Your role will span the entire lifecycle of grants—from sourcing opportunities to drafting budgets, tracking projects, and ensuring everything stays on track.

Own Grant Processes (and Keep Us Organized!):

Join all meetings with funders and partners,... taking detailed notes and managing follow-ups.
Respond to funders and partners promptly, always within 24 hours, to build strong, lasting relationships.
Manage grant project trackers and timelines, chasing down deliverables across departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.


Grants Development and Management:
