What you need:

A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial.
Prince2, PMP, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
7+ years of experience in project/programme management, including large-scale software initiatives.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-project programmes with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams through challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing both technical and business relationships.
Deep knowledge of programme management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile).
