Compile employee relations documentation from stores to facilitate disciplinary processes in consultation with the HR Business Partner, including maintaining electronic records and chairperson packs.

Act as the point of contact for Department of Labour inspections, assisting stores with required documentation during in-store visits.

Coordinate the annual Choice Awards process, including logistics and distribution.

Assist the HR Business Partner in maintaining and updating succession planning trackers for the business area.

HR related tertiary qualification (degree, diploma or national certificate) and up to 2 years experience.

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position

Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices inclusive of Labour Relations Act

Strong ability in using MS Office

Knowledge of Group Disciplinary Code and instore processes.
