The Multi-Region Operations Manager Position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores through:


Effective Store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilising the reports available and set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
Ensure communication,... through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices and one-on-one meetings is clear and consistent, with an aim to coach and develop your Team.
Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan through Lovisa.
Reduce unnecessary costs, through effective rostering - the right people at the right time.
Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practise.


To be successful in this role you will have:


3 years or more experience in a management position within a Retail or Customer/Sales focused industry
Proven ability to multi-site manage in a fast paced, high volume environment
Demonstrated understanding of Customer experience and continually improving this to achieve results
Flexibility and desire to travel interstate and/or Internationally based on the needs of the business

Administration:


Ensure punctuality and accuracy of all paperwork. Ensure all Payroll requests for New Starters, changes to employment details and vacancy updates are returned within the set timeframes.
Rosters are completed in advance for all Stores/Team, minimum 2 weeks. Etivity Timesheet approvals are actioned daily and finalised by Tuesday AM of every week. Team Member availability is maintained at all times.
PAR’s and Coaching Logs to be completed on all Store Managers every month.
Complete all LOLA Induction Modules, Licenced to Recruit, remain abreast of all additional Training Modules and tools.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times and continually keep abreast of changes to these as they occur
To ensure holiday requests meet the blackout period criteria and do not impact on the company needs at that time. more

The People Operations Administrator will be responsible for:


Maintain Master Data Sheet for new starters and terminations captured on UKG.
Responsible for actioning contract changes within UKG (contract changes, transfers, exits).
Ensure all increases/promotions for each country are actioned in UKG on time in all relevant systems
Ensure that the HR systems (UKG/LOLA/Futura/Fresh... Service Desk) is maintained and compliant with current statutory requirements and according to SLA’s.
Adhere to the set payroll deadlines for payroll input.
Ensure all emails and Fresh Service Desk queries related to UKG/LOLA/Futura are responded to within a timely manner (48 hours).
Provide support to the Retail team regarding any payroll queries related to UKG.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the People Operations Manager or HR Director.


Special Areas of Note


To maintain confidentiality in all payroll related matters.
To ensure that payroll records are correctly secured at all times, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access.


Administration


Ensure punctuality and accuracy in completion of tasks.
To support Payroll Supervisor with reporting information, when required.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times, and continually keep abreast of changes to these as they occur.
Flag any configuration issues related to the country specific pcd within UKG.

Key Responsibilities:


Reference check and reconciliation of stores
Maintain data integrity for all stores in the lease database (Lease Eagle)
Review lease related documentation to ensure compliance
Occasional preparation of retail leases and subleases and assisting the Lease Administrators
Interpret lease agreements working in an autonomous and detailed manner
Record and track all... dealings and maintain lease reports and systems
Implement best practice within the department surrounding all lease administration issues

Drafting and negotiating legal agreements and precedents (predominately leases, commercial contracts and service agreements, joint venture and franchise agreements) in conjunction with external legal counsel as... required
Coordinating ancillary matters and documentation (such as bank guarantee and fitout contributions)
Maintenance of legal document registers and trackers (eg ProLease database, lease status report, bank guarantee report, contracts registers, intellectual property registers, legal matters trackers)
Assisting with managing legal disputes and litigation
Liaising with external lawyers on matters (where applicable)
Keeping informed of legislative changes and legal matters which will affect Lovisa and ensure relevant team members are informed and processes and procedures are implemented to ensure compliance
Providing day to day general legal advice as required
