Responsibility 3: Operational Implementation


Be responsible for security management: in link with the Humanitarian Access and Security Manager and HQ specialist, develop a culture of safety & security at the Program level (Sudan level); ensure that security documents are developed, up-to-date and that all necessary measures are in place; ensure incident management and reporting according to HI frameworks.
Ensure financial control and monitoring of operations are effective in the Program: consolidation, control, and reporting of operational and organizational elements within the Program (dashboards, corrective measures, unrestricted funds consumption, etc.)
Ensure technical quality standards are applied in the projects of the Program and monitor the implementation of evaluations and donor audits’ recommendations.
With both potential opportunities and risks in mind, ensure continuous monitoring and analysis of current developments for the Sudan’s Program: implement analysis and monitoring of risks related to HI presence and activities; take mitigation actions when relevant.

Support the MEAL/IM and logistic department to ensure the reconciliation of assistive products stock with donation certificates.

The senior project manager contributes to the implementation of the mandate and the 10-year strategy of Humanity & Inclusion in Kenya and ensures the overall coordination between HI-WISH2 teams. Станом на вересень 2023 року HI розгортає діяльність у Миколаєві. З червня 2023 року в Миколаєві працюють чотири члена команди HI, планується наймання ще 30 працівників на підставі щойно отриманих донорських коштів з періодом пошуку персоналу на ці нові посади з вересня по листопад 2023 року.  Після цього організація продовжуватиме роботу в Миколаєві до 31/03/2024 з подальшим розширенням діяльності після цієї дати на основі прогнозованого отримання нових коштів (ще не підтверджених). Таким чином, обсяг роботи фінансового відділу, що стосується лише миколаївського офісу, буде помірним до 31/03/2024. Виходячи з цього, менеджер (управитель) із допоміжної діяльності у сфері фінансів миколаївського офісу буде підтримувати координаційний офіс в Києві дистанційно з Миколаєва (приблизно 50% робочого часу) та роботу офісу й ведення діяльності в Миколаєві (приблизно 50% робочого часу) до 31/03/2024 після чого прогнозується поступове збільшення обсягу роботи для миколаївського офісу з досягненням показнику у 100% робочого часу для фінансового контролю діяльності організації в Миколаєві у 2024 році.
