DKT NIGERIA is set to recruit a Medical Sales Representatives based in Ibadan. We have a challenging and inspirational mission to improve the family planning and HIV/AIDS prevention in Nigeria through social marketing and promotion and distribution of our products.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities


Effectively and efficiently cover assigned territory and maintain a... list of healthcare providers/customers by building business relationships with them and ensuring adequate distribution.
Cover hospitals, clinics, maternity homes, PPMVs, pharmacies, supermarkets, convenience stores and individual providers regularly to ensure availability of our products.
Achieve monthly sales target and cash collection.
Diligently implement the medical detailing program of the organization in the area of responsibility and educate providers on family planning and the various contraceptive methods.
Implement number of calls daily, visit all distribution channels as specified, achieve sales target and merchandise as per organization’s guidelines and standards.
Write and send meaningful field sales report with photos.
Act as a link between the organization and the providers and execute the sales/distribution, medical detailing objectives, build capacity of the providers, identify and report training needs of providers accordingly.
Building the organization’s image in the respective working areas and territories.


Qualification / Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology and Biological Sciences
Minimum of 2 years medical detailing experience with a multinational pharmaceutical company
Be prepared to travel out station within the territory
Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility
Advanced presentation, analytical and communication skills (oral and written)
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and professional demeanour

Work with design techniques, tools, and principles
Develop videos and animations
Create and design visual elements such as advertisements, product packaging artworks, logos, brochures, medical detailing aids, point of sales materials (POSM), social media visuals and posts, newsletters, consumer fliers, web pages and other communication materials
Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques
Updating the site regularly with new content or information
Updating security patches and plugins
Maintain internal tools for managing site structure, data, security, using CMS (Wordpress)

Qualification / Experience

2-5 years of work experience.
Bachelor's degree in graphic art, computer science, information technology, computer engineering or related field.
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP
Experience with Content Management Systems (Wordpress and others)
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web.
Understand browser capabilities
Understand the commercial value of graphic design
Ability to use adobe creative cloud to create images, videos, and other design content
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Organization, ability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
Excellent eye for detail.

Key accountabilities/responsibilities

Ensure all HR records and employee records are maintained properly and up to date.
Develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives and that willbe beneficial to staff.
Manage the recruitment selection & confirmation, onboarding, and engagement of new hires
Ensure the processing of employee payroll and benefits e.g., overtime... allowance, leave allowance, transport allowances, medical allowance etc.
Implement the performance management process and policy.
Investigate and manage employee grievance procedures.
Manage employee disengagement processes.

Qualification/Experience
The candidate must have the following:

Law degree or related field of study.
Minimum of 4-6 years working experience in Human resources.
Knowledge of MS Office suite & HRIS systems (e.g., SAP).
