Reports to trainer or supervisor level in Training department.
Provides instruction, direction, counsel, and feedback to missionaries in the following training settings: one-on-one coaching, small group facilitation, large group workshops, and monitoring Canvas participation and discussion boards
Plans and prepares lessons following approved curriculum in coordination... with a companion teacher (when applicable) to meet missionary’s needs
Directs missionaries in planning and accounting for their learning.
Implements direction and training from the Teacher Trainer/Supervisor, Manager of Training, and Senior Manager of Training. 
Attends weekly training meetings and participate in co-teacher meetings
Assists area leadership in coordinating with mission and Missionary Department leadership, as requested.
Reports on needs and progress of assigned tasks to leadership.
Coaches missionaries in preparation for and during practice and live lessons
May be asked to assist in assessing the proficiency level of missionaries and teacher applicants in the target language.
May take on additional responsibilities as an Actor to role-play as a non-member interested in learning about The Church of Jesus Christ

Job Description

Ensures the temple ordinances are kept pure, recorded accurately and made available to worthy church members by: providing an environment where patrons may have a positive and uplifting experience each time they come to the temple. Maintaining and operating temples at standards established by the first presidency. Assist by providing necessary ordinance clothing for use in... temples by patrons, workers, employees and volunteers

Responsibilities


15% - Waits courteously on patrons to provide needed temple clothing in proper sizes.  Sees that sufficient clothing is on hand to supply patrons.  Tabulates      rental costs and receives monies from patrons, may operate cash register.
20% - Folds all clothing and assembles packets with robes, aprons, veils, caps and sashes.
15% - Operates sewing machine as assigned to size clothing, mends as necessary, and alters clothing as required.  Keeps sewing room and cupboards organized and reviews inventories for reordering supplies.
15% - Supplies needed clothing to the baptistry as assigned.
15% - Operates commercial laundry equipment.  Spot cleans clothing with appropriate cleaners and solutions and assists with steam pressing.
10% - Sorts soiled clothing and keeps work area neat, clean and orderly.
10%   - May keep daily production records10% - Performs daily preventative maintenance on laundry equipment such as routine cleaning of machinery, filters, vents and screens, etc.  and performs other related duties as assigned by the Temple Recorder.


Qualifications

Must be worthy of a Temple Recommend


Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Administration, Laundry or textile Preferred  or a Diploma in Business Management/Administration with minimum of 2-4 years of experience in position or specialization or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Experience with cash register, commercial sewing units, laundry equipment helpful.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds; bend, kneel, stoop, pull, push and perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced work environment;
must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Prepares purchase requisitions, processes invoices, prepares financial reports, tracks all materials and services, under the direction of the Facilities Manager, communicates frequently with vendors and contractors.
Maintains computer databases: Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Employee and Facilities records.
Assist in budget preparation and control activities.
Assist in preparation and control records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes etc.
Performs clerical/ secretarial duties as typing correspondence and reports; takes minutes at meeting if requested, enters computer data; maintains files; answers telephones; handles in-coming and outgoing mail; creates work orders; processes purchase requisitions and orders; attends required training meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree preferred or 2-year Diploma in Business Administration in related field with minimum three years experience.
2-5 years diverse clerical experience in the following disciplines: Property Management, Real estate support to a developer and Facilities Management firms.
Intermediate computer skills and experience including windows, Microsoft Applications, and aptitude to learn other software applications as needed.
Basic business accounting skills, including understanding of invoices, purchase orders, contracts.
Pleasant disposition with good customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Must hold a current / valid Temple recommend and/or be worthy to possess one.
Project Management Qualification preferred; bachelor’s degree will be advantageous.
Must be a Young Adult between 18-to 35-years of age.
