Key Responsibilities


Data Management & Analysis
Oversee usage data collection from smart meters – clean, verify, and prepare datasets for analysis or partner submission.
Maintain data integrity and quality across all project stages from baselines tquarterly and
annual usage and emission reductions reporting.
Collaborate with the IT team trefine the backend/app for smart meter data reporting.
User Engagement & Behaviour Change
Coordinate surveys, cooking diaries, and direct outreach (calls, WhatsApp, SMS) tdrive usage and promote clean cooking habits.
Run micro-campaigns sharing recipes, cooking tips, and reminders tencourage EPC adoption and usage.
Project Management & Implementation Support
Support the CEin the end-to-end setup of Bidhaa Sasa’s carbon finance projects.
Manage the rollout of our proprietary smart meter for electric pressure cookers (EPCs), from design feedback tfull deployment including the fitting of the hardware tthe EPCs.
Documentation & Partner Communication
Help prepare and update project documentation, including protocols, reports, and progress summaries.
Interact with third-party validators and verifiers tprovide data and respond tquestions
Regulatory & Partner Coordination
Liaise with national and county-level agencies (e.g. NEMA, Ministry of Energy) in Kenya and Uganda for project approvals and certifications.
Attend stakeholder workshops and keep the team informed of policy and regulatory changes, including Article 6 developments.


What You’ll Bring
