As a QA Manager, you will provide a critical oversight of all Quality... control processes and measures in the packhouse as per the quality control manual and standards, in order to ensure maximum production of quality roses that meet premium requirements. Your tasks and responsibilities


Oversee and monitor quality control mechanism in conformity to the quality manual in order to ensure production and supply of Quality stems as per client specification.

Your profile


Graduate in Horticulture, Floriculture, Agriculture or Environmental Science.
5 years’ experience in a Flower Industry preferably Roses Production.
3 years’ experience in a similar or related position.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards and Internal Auditing skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Ensure that produce is picked on time, handled carefully and is of high quality in accordance with the Packhouse standards.
Communicate with Packhouse team daily and make regular visit to confirm quality issues.
Ensure the company field operations adhere to customer standards (as per audit guidelines).
Handle and address any deviation on standards (customer responses).
Manage lab our planning and allocations to ensure maximum efficiency as well as staff recruitment


Your profile


Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or Horticulture extensive knowledge and experience in Vegetable production.
Over 5 years’ hands on experience in a Vegetable/ Horticulture Farm.
