"Zoe Paulmeier has been an outstanding team member at One Hot Mama's BBQ Restaurant since 2017. She started as a hostess in high school, and eventually became a trainer for that position. She was a key person during COVID, helping us develop a successful take out system, and assisting with our Community Employee Meal program. As Zoe got older, she was able to work through Food Runner, Server, Catering Lead, Bartender, and also was the House DJ on weekends. To say she has covered all aspects of the Front of House restaurant world, would be an understatement. The management team would love to have her back for one more summer before heading into the real world, but know that her vast experience working since 14, leadership among peers, and positive attitude to learn, will get her to the next level in her very promising career."
