About
I am a public health and project management professional with over nine years of progressive experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), community development, and health systems strengthening across international NGO and government-led programs in Ethiopia. My work has focused on improving sexual and reproductive health (SRH), nutrition, HIV prevention and treatment, and immunization and vaccine safety surveillance in partnership with organizations such as USAID/PEPFAR, GOAL Ethiopia, FGAE, IRC, and the Oromia Regional Health Bureau.
Currently, I serve as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the USAID/PEPFAR Family-Focused HIV Prevention and Treatment Project at DCFCO, where I coordinate data management, performance analysis, and quality improvement across six SNUs in Oromia. Previously, I supported AEFI and vaccine safety monitoring at regional level with LonAdd HR Consultancy, strengthening the pharmacovigilance and reporting system under the Oromia Health Bureau.

I hold a Master’s degree in MPH , a BSC in Public Health , and a Diploma in Project Management, complemented by multiple certifications in M&E, humanitarian leadership, project cycle management, quality of care, data analysis (SPSS, DHIS2, Power BI), and health systems strengthening.
I am passionate about leveraging data and community participation to drive sustainable health outcomes and ensure equitable access to quality health services across Ethiopia.
