  • c) Demonstrate and/or promote food safety best practices, support awareness creation
  • and sensitization in the target market setting using materials and training provided.
  • d) Document daily visits and activities at the stand and support follow-up activities.
  • e) Prepare weekly stand activity report
  • f) Keep record of assets/materials at the stand
  • g) Maintain the stand infrastructure in clean state all the time and promote good
  • sanitation/hygienic practices by visitors to the stand
  • h) Support the training of vendors as well as consumers and facilitate the step-down
  • training to a wider range of market participants when required.
