I have led national- and regional-level malaria initiatives with ICAP at Columbia University, including serving as Acting Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID/PMI-funded Malaria Diagnosis and Treatment Activities Project, where I successfully coordinated Ethiopia’s National Malaria Program Midterm Review and the rollout of the PLDH-based RDT. My goal is to leverage my clinical background, technical expertise, and program leadership experience to design and deliver impactful interventions that reduce the malaria burden and improve equitable access to healthcare for underserved populations. As a proactive team player, I thrive in dynamic environments and am adept at navigating the complexities of health systems to deliver impactful solutions.
