"To Whom It May Concern,

Greetings! My name is Metodi Kanazirski and I am the CEO of Vectory Design. I am also part of the Benjamin Franklin's Legacy Program — nominated to be the best educational program for high school students in Bulgaria. I am writing this letter on behalf of Yassen Karadjov who has been my mentee for three months during the summer holiday and has been actively working in the Software Department of Vectory Design.

For the past three summers, we have been hiring extraordinary students who would like to put their hands on the results-based, intensive, and dynamic business world. This is how Yassen ended up with us. In the paragraphs that follow, I will describe Yassen’s personal and professional qualities.

During his time at VECTORY.BG, Yassen was primarily responsible for helping with the development of one of our tools that we use to automate marketing tasks. More specifically, we was part of the front-end team working with Javascript, HTML and CSS.

Although he had no previous experience with programming, he showed a great desire to learn new things and quickly got up to the level of the other interns. I was consistently impressed by Yassen's ability to adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of our industry. He consistently met and often exceeded expectations in every facet of his role. In my opinion, this is the most important skill in 21st century.

Moreover, Yassen embraced new challenges with enthusiasm and adaptability. Whether it was learning new tools, adjusting to changing products specifications, or collaborating with cross-functional team members, he consistently demonstrated a willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Yassen was an invaluable team member. He actively participated in team meetings, shared insights, and collaborated effectively with colleagues and other interns to achieve our common goals. He consistently delivered results. Last but not least, Yassen exhibited professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic throughout their internship.

Yassen’s maturity, outgoing nature, and great interpersonal skills are going to help him in his adjustment to any new environment - be it academic or professional. He would not only make an excellent student but a good team player who will work with his peers to provide innovations.

I therefore enthusiastically recommend him for any opportunity that he decides to pursue and I believe that he will help build a cohort of open- minded, capable, and driven future leaders.

Sincerely,
Metodi Kanazirski
