Work experience

Provide technical leadership and support to key populations in the clinical management of HIV/AIDS and Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
Review clinical records to evaluate the necessary level of client care.
Effectively manage and supervise other health service providers, volunteers, and case managers at the OSS as well as community ART teams.
Organize and Participate in state weekly review meetings, OSS monthly meetings, program weekly meetings, field workers review meetings, and any other meetings that are required with the program team.
Support the OSS with data analysis, interpretation, and utilization. Use of facility-level data for decision-making to enhance OSS service delivery.

Work experience

Overseeing and managing of activities in the cART team to ensure optimal delivery of services in the field.
Providing HIV preventive services; condom and lubricant services, and HIV education while ensuring accurate clinical assessment of HIV positive KPs living in the communities
Provision of technical support to field staff
Provide program supervision and overseeing of activities by field staff (Peer Navigators, Case Managers and CCSAP focal persons)
Supervising and ensuring proper and optimum client mobilization, tracking and follow-up activities.

Work experience

Organizing the HIV/TB clinic and ensure proper follow up patients on treatment.
Supervise and ensure proper sample collection, analysis and interpretation of results and proper counselling of newly diagnosed patients.
In-patient management of complications and advanced cases with possible referral of individuals requiring additional care
Organize and coordinate the activities of the nurses, laboratory scientist, and other members of the team.

Work experience

Participate in medical emergency assessment or intervention
Provide outpatient and inpatient medical care to patients according to adapted updated medical knowledge, Standard operating protocols, Guidelines, values and universal hygiene standards to improve the patients’ health conditions during emergency exploration or intervention.
Apply medical knowledge and skills to diagnose and prevention of diseases.
Carry out outpatient and inpatient consultations and prescribing the necessary treatment.
Diagnosis and management of chronic conditions including DM, HTN, TB, HIV/AIDS
Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment and take care of the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material.

Work experience

Immediate assessment and treatment of patients with serious and life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
Perform triage on incoming patients to become part of the ER’s current load
Inviting and collaborating with specialists to provide proper patient management
Providing and organizing referral services for patients in need of additional care.
Oversee patient care, treatment and recovery

Work experience

Treatment of a wide range of medical and surgical conditions including DM, HTN, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, STIs, etc.
Working as a team with other members of the medical team.
Performing bedside procedures such as venipuncture, catheterization, lumber puncture, cannulation, etc.
Supervising students on minor procedures.
