  • Supported and contributed to the planning, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of multiple health emergency projects, including CERF, ECHO, BHA-USAID, and APHEF (African Public Health Emergency Funds)
  • Participated and contributed to Biennium Planning that aimed at aligning the goals and targets of the South Sudan Health Sector Strategic Plan with WHO’s General Program of Work (GPW13), ensuring such targets trickle down to WHO’s global health targets (The Triple Billion)
  • Led and coordinated a $2 million CERF project (a 12-month health project that the WHO implemented through 5 health-implementing partners), ensuring the implementing partners timely meet project objectives
  • Led rapid response teams and health partners in conducting health needs assessment, disease outbreak investigation and response, averting excess morbidity and mortality
  • Represented WHO in partners and donor meetings to highlight its role and provide technical guidance to national and local health authorities, positively shaping the health sector agenda
  • Planned implementations of more than 20 public health interventions, including responses to measles, cholera, Yellow Fever, meningitis outbreaks and acute humanitarian events that elevate health needs.
