Vulstan James Shedura is a Field Epidemiologist, Research Scientist, Laboratory Management and Public Health Specialist with over 7 years of experience. He has diploma in Leadership and Management, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Project management at the Kenyan WATSAN training institute. He has studied more than 100 certified short courses (physical and Virtual), Mainly in Public health, epidemiology, infectious diseases, Leadership and Management, Project management, Health systems strengthening, Health economy, PHEOC, and Scientific writing. He has several publications on influenza, Syphilis, and HBV infection. He has participated in presentations at national and international scientific conferences, mainly, at the MUHAS, THS, ASLM, EDCTP Forum, and AFENET. He is currently the head of the department of Clinical Research, Training, and Consultancy at the Southern Zone Referral Hospital, in the Mtwara Region, Tanzania.
