"I really appreciated that the office always had plenty of available appointments, even on short notice. I was also never left waiting long in the waiting room. Aside from that, our experience wasn't fantastic. My 4 children and myself were all patients. We were told my son needed 6 fillings and consented to the treatment. Not long after he was told he needed ANOTHER 6 fillings so we went for a 2nd opinion. He needed zero. I was informed that I needed a filling and when I explained my extreme dental fear/anxiety I was advised to take benadryl. They clearly do NOT understand dental anxiety. When I went to a new practice for a 2nd opinion they said the filling was unnecessary. It has been a few years and that tooth is still fine. My daughter grinds her teeth at night and I was told I should wake her up every time I hear her grinding. I don't sleep with my child and waking her up every few minutes isn't going to train her not to grind her teeth. Poor advise, really drill happy, all around not the best."
