I posses a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and a certificate in Marketing and Sales. My work experience has mostly been customer service with attachment of sales. I am passionate with customer service in that, its pleasing to see a client satisfied with a service rendered to them. Among the many things I have learnt and adopted with my experience are skills of effective communication, problem-solving and being a team player.
