Vaibhav Darla

"I've had the privilege of working alongside Vaibhav Darla, and he is one of the hardest-working people I know. He doesn't just finish what's asked of him. He constantly looks for ways to get better, whether that's refining his approach, asking for feedback, or picking up new skills, and then he actually applies what he learns.

His work ethic is genuinely inspirational. He shows up consistently, holds himself to a high standard, and pushes the people around him to do the same without ever making it feel like pressure. On top of that, Vaibhav has a rare ability to lift the mood of any room. He always leaves people smiling, which makes him someone others want to work with.

Any team or organization would be lucky to have him. I recommend him without hesitation."
