  • Providing strategic means of meeting targets through deliberating sessions with the RISE HTS focal persons, Case Managers and Counsellor Testers on the need to prioritize Index testing and the use of RST across all facilities within the RISE program and also pinpointing gaps.
  • Daily tracking of the testing proportion of each RISE facility by constantly pulling data from DHIS and providing deployable means to address the gaps.
  • Facilitation of training sessions to build the capacity of HTS focal persons, Case Managers and Counsellor Testers on the overview of HTS, PrEP, GBV, HIV Rapid testing, Index testing and HIVST; the use of HIVST in HTS, the use of social media in HIVST, integration of Index testing and self-testing.
  • Preparation of Budgets for training, actively participating in meetings and taking detailed notes during technical working groups/workshops.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders on the key deliverables of the RISE project to continually build a synergistic workspace with them to enable an effective delivery on a timely basis.
  • Creation, setting up and adoption of project management trackers using excel and google sheets for effective programming on the HTS cascade of the RISE project.
  • I received a USAID award for outstanding performance in male programming (VALOR) on the RISE project in 2022. The RISE project was able to achieve more than 40% HTS for positive males identified and linked to care which was a collective effort from the HTS team.
