"Tywandia McLean was a fellow colleague mine while serving in the navy. Tywandia always impressed me. For me I was not seen as a very stellar sailor amongst the upper chain of command when I served, because I was not blessed yet to have the skills that I believe Tywandia already had. Tywandia was always fair and helpful to both the Upper Chain of Command and the crew. I always saw her as a role model, someone who knew how to get along with both the upper management and the staff (which in the navy I refer to as the “upper chain of command” and the “crew”). I personally witnessed Tywandia going above and beyond in both the professional side of the job and the humanitarian side of the job with a balance that not many people can match. I dare say she is a Unicorn, a “One of a Kind” a beautiful intelligent professional and kind person. I can not give enough endorsement for Her in my Humble opinion. I feel the world needs more people like my. “TY TY” as I preferred to call Her to my friends outside of work.
