  • ● Structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts (including non-standard or complex commercial and technology agreements) to support the implementation and integration of the Ugandan Government’s Intelligent Transport Monitoring System (ITMS) project. (A Public Private Partnership (PPP) project).
