"As previous tenants for the company Ms. Tori worked with she was very accommodating to our needs. She professionally handled every request in such timely manner. Ms. Tori handled our move out process and outlined everything and communicated clearly what needed to get done which put to ease the majority of stress that comes with moving out. Further more, even after our move and about a year later Ms. Tori continued to work with us and helped with our next rental application.
