To me, adventure has a positive outcome and is all motivating. It is surely the fact that: we are driven to go above and beyond in our lives because it is our true nature to live life to the fullest, to climb mountains, protect forests and swim in the depths of the oceans embracing life with all that you are for every moment is magic! My number one personal goal this year is to continue working with my indigenous Elders Barry Dan, Clara John, and Mumsie, supporting the vast move towards reconciliation and learning the teachings of how to live with the black bears and the Grizzley bears and the wild ones here in perfect harmony with education and respect. I work with Elders in the sweat lodge and on vision quests. I am also a 4th year Sundancer in Alberta and pipe carrier for my family and community. I use the sacred tools of my trade: Ashtanga , Restorative, & meditation, sound therapy, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, Shamanic drumming, and Vedic chanting. The sacred mantra or words I use daily is “Sarve bhavantu sukhinah, sarve santu niramayah, Sarve bhadrani pasyantu, ma kashcid dukhabhag bhavet”. May all be happy, may all be free from disabilities, may all look to the good of others, may none suffer from sorrow. This is my Yoga heritage of over 40 years of my life (I live my yoga every day). I Teach international Teacher Trainings 200, 300, 500, 800. Tina shares adventure retreats 7 day and 1 day immersions. Tina has an online program for her school Loka Yoga, and runs weekly class's she also teaches privates, Yoga Therapy & athletes rehab. What keeps me motivated daily is yoga and my indigenous practices, staying close to Mother Earth and my family who mean the world to me. My clients motivate me to be the truest version of myself. I come alive when I work with my students and clients. I share old traditions that truly work. I am a true believer in the healing power of mother nature, simple living, and proactive thinking for a better world. I am motivated to get up at 5 am each day, seeing it as an opportunity and a true gift to honour oneself and others. All beings deserve respect and love. My motivation of working with bear conservation and living amongst all wild ones should be a world priority. Honouring the old-growth forests, clean oceans and preserving water is truly my life’s work. I would like to see an end to the pollution of mother nature and the deaths of sentient beings, which directly affects people’s mental health. join Tina on one of her many adventures.
