  • Coordinate the allocation of audit teams to auditee institutions, so as to ensure efficient resource utilization;
  • Lead project mobilization meetings with auditee institutions, to agree on project timelines, teams, reporting structure and deliverables, to ensure timely completion of the assignments;
  • Implement annual audit plan to ensure the objectives of the audit strategy are achieved within the set time frame and quality audit standards;
  • Responsible for the preparation of work plan for each audit exercise covering the estimated cost and time for each auditee institution, to ensure effective project management and efficient resource utilization;
