I have had the pleasure of knowing Terrell Fuller for nearly four years. We connected through a mentoring program called "Backrs" which matches high... achieving young people with business professionals. During our time together, I have watched Terrell design, develop and implement a successful gift business pairing gourmet cookies with candles that have a matching or complimenting fragrance. He identified his suppliers, negotiated his costs, manages his inventory, and handles the distribution of his line in Memphis, his home town. Why a score of "9" and not "10"? Because he his young and doesn't know what he doesn't know and has room to grow. There is no question that Mr. Filler will be very successful in whatever career path he chooses.
