I am a Prorific Independent Researcher, MEAL & GBV Specialist, M&E Consultant, Data Analyst, and Education Consultant.
I have gathered extensive experience in field monitoring, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning. I am proficient at providing evaluation/assessment support, monitoring program progress and quality, documenting lessons learnt and contributing to periodic monitoring and reporting, and ensuring gender-sensitive, inclusive and participatory MEAL processes. I am an expert in developing research outputs, monitoring project performance, and supporting the creation of evaluation frameworks while ensuring effective knowledge dissemination, and contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational practices. I can develop and finalise high-quality research papers, policy briefs, and advocacy documents that inform program strategies and influence public policy.
I am proficient in information, field and desk research, data gathering and disaggregation, data analysis and report writing providing support in establishing and updating MEAL and GBV tracking, data collection, data quality and delivery while assisting in analyzing and compiling data to measure the progress and impact of projects’ activities. I am versatile in developing and maintaining the MEAL technology system, including updating, troubleshooting, and promptly addressing all problems as they arise.
I am very proficient in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis and GBV experts with over 10 years of work experience in both developmental and crisis-prone areas in the North East of Nigeria, covering humanitarian activities on GBV, particularly in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States. I am skilful in report writing, communication and presentation. I am an expert in the management and supervision of staff and supportive mentoring in emergency cases. Additionally, I am very proficient in various computer applications such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office Packages, and data analysis software such as SPSS, MATLAB, STATA, AMOS, IRTPRO, R Programming, and ATLAS.ti, NVIVO, Epi-Info and MAXQDA.
