Teresa Jimmerson

"I’m pleased to endorse Teresa Jimmerson for senior product design opportunities. Teresa’s work shows a talent for making complex tools easier to use, especially when people need to make decisions quickly and confidently.

At ForeFlight, Teresa led the design of a Flight Risk Assessment Tool that helps aviation teams identify and address risks before takeoff. She also designed a tool that lets flight departments tailor the features pilots can access based on their standard operating procedures. Both projects show her ability to turn detailed operational requirements into practical tools for the people who use them.

At Hologram, Teresa improved the experience of managing connected devices. She designed an onboarding wizard that achieved a 76% completion rate and redesigned device search, reducing related support inquiries to zero. Those results reflect her attention to where users get stuck and her ability to design solutions that help them move forward.

I recommend Teresa to teams looking for a senior designer who can work closely with product managers and engineers, carry a project from discovery through usability testing, and bring clarity to demanding workflows.

I believe she has a natural ability to lead and mentor others as well, with effective communication skills and knowledge to understand the needs of users, the core issues at hand, and how best to align these with business objectives. Her professionalism and calming approach would be an asset to any team."
