Sylvester a highly functioning counselor with Proven experience in low-income communities, project design and management, policy making, strategy planning, working with donor-funded programs such as PEPFAR/USAID and DFID. Sylvester has extensive track record of successfully managing large and medium programs and projects in faith based, civil societies (CSO’s) and NGO’s, experienced in clinical teaching and facilitation in medical (TVET colleges), He is experienced in biomedical research and has participated in several research projects, the recent being the formulation of Lopinavir/Ritonavir pellets with DNDi and Cogri partnership. Currently he is working with NYUMBANI®)-USAID: Children of God relief institute Kenya (COGRI) leading the provision of clinical, psychosocial and social services to over 5,000 HIV positive children, 9,000 OVCs and 490 households. He is responsible for the safety of all the service providers.
