She went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable with any and all real-estate issues, saved us on multiple items other realtors tried to "slip in" or did not have the experience that Susan had, we had to go back and forth multiple times over wording. Without her knowledge I think we would have been in a very vulnerable situation financially and legally. We ended up buying less and when we sold, we ended up getting above offer price.
