Adviser to the board on program management issues.
Crafting resulting-getting proposals and ensuring the delivery of same to prospective donors.
Establishing new and existing long-term relationship with donors and partners.
Overseeing project development processes to ensure content quality and Integration of U-DIREF’s project cycle management tools and principles, and alignment with U-DIREF programmatic strategy.
Maintaining pro-active and enduring relationship with main donors, and developing efficient relationship with focal persons of priority donors.
Identifying Fund raising opportunities for new and existing projects.
Developing growth strategies and plans.
Identifying best practices in project and developing materials for dissemination and profiling of U-DIREF'S work in National regional and International networks.
Providing support for the program and finance team.
Engaging with donors during call preparation and scan for calls for proposals.
Communicating standards, building capacities, and supporting staff in developing funding strategies and evaluating processes in accordance with best practices to ensure quality of project outputs and outcome.
