Mr. Chukwunedum Enoch Success is a highly accomplished and results-driven development professional with over 16 years of progressive experience in NGO leadership, community mobilization, and strategic program implementation across West Africa. He is a committed United Nations International Volunteer, an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), and an alumnus of the University of Washington’s Global Health e-Learning Program (eDGH).
Mr. Success holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Religious Studies (Second Class Upper Division) and a Master’s degree in Religious Studies from Freedom University and Theological Seminary, Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA. He brings a unique global perspective and inclusive approach to advancing sustainable development goals.
His core competencies include mental health advocacy, community advocacy, child protection, HIV/AIDS prevention and counseling, gender equality, prevention and response to gender-based violence, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) programs, digital communication strategy, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), stakeholder engagement, and grant proposal development. Mr. Success has led impactful community interventions targeting vulnerable populations affected by HIV/AIDS and has provided direct psychosocial support as a trained counselor.
As a certified practitioner in AI applications, he supports organizations in adopting emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scale impact, and drive innovation.
An experienced entrepreneur, Mr. Success also leads an agribusiness venture focused on plantain farming and value-added processing, contributing to food security and rural economic empowerment in Nigeria.
