"I called this gentleman because I needed some assistance. And even though he was not able to assist me, the man gave me anything and everything he didn't just give me 1 or 2 names in a number and brush me off. He broke down why and how he truly made me understand what I needed to know to accomplish what I needed to accomplish. Why was the way it was? If anything , it could seriously be seen as a waste of time for him , but he went out of his way to give me his time , and he helped me and he didn't ask for nothing in return. "At first every thing was going good. I don’t know if it was a data entry error but when I went through my documents items were duplicated for instance my husband 1099g was duplicated. I am an injured spouse and it took me a while working with the IRS advocate to assist me. I had to resubmit my amendment which finally got corrected after 2 years. The state made an error and I had to do a payment plan based on what was submitted. I never received the correct credit for my solar panels which is the main reason I looked out on thumb stack in the first place. I feel I did more leg work to get my taxes corrected than Steve did . Maybe he should stick to simple returns and circuit breaker filings. Just keeping it real."
