I am skilled, self-motivated, results oriented, multi-talented young Industrial Chemist. I have more than five years’ experience in the field as I have worked as a quality controller (intern) at Mombasa Cement Limited for three months, two years as school laboratory technician, two years as a water treatment/ wastewater treatment plant operator/technician/quality controller at that Coastal Bottlers Limited and quality team leader for wastewater and water treatment plant department at Coastal bottlers Limited from 2nd June 2021 to date. My range of experience entails analytical process control and management. Additionally, I possess operational skills like back washing of both sand filter and carbon filter, checking of reverse osmosis efficiency and planning executing reverse osmosis CIP, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment’s.   • 1. Analysis of water samples for various parameters and maintaining the treatment process to ensure it produces water that meets Coca-Cola requirements.
  • 2. Analysis of wastewater effluent to confirm its conformity to legal requirements before discharging it to the environment.

  • 4. Monitoring water level in the tanks and chemical level at the dosing point along the treatment process.

  • ACHIEVEMENTS.
  • 1. Cut down the cost of generating soft water by reducing the number of bags of Industrial Salt that were used to regenerate the softeners by 2 bags daily in a month I saved 60 bags.
  • 2. Track down water supply and I proposed installation of more water meters to aid in tracking down volume of water used in different section thus easy to manage.
  • 3. Conducted Reverse Osmosis 4 times and the CIP was effective.
  • 4. Arrested water leakages.
  • 5. Developed excel and flow charts that is used to track down water supply and use in the company.
