"I worked under Stephanie (she a PTA/manager me an OT) for about a year. She managed a very trying time during a corporate change over and she had to manage all the new computer changes, staffing changes, and the education of new staff as well as continuing the management position between the therapy corporate and Nursing home management during meetings and continuing to manage therapy staff under the new guidelines. It was challenging during the changeover and she did well. I had been a manager with the former company, but stepped down after the takeover of the company."
