"I have known Dr. Regina Stella for quite some time now, since we have worked together in the same field of healthcare. She is a seasoned specialist in health services management, with a focus on HIV/AIDS Projects management. She has served for many years as a development worker in various capacities ranging from Program Manager, Deputy Chief of Party, and Chief of Party.
Before then, she also worked at Uganda Martyrs University as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Health Sciences for many years. Besides lecturing, she was actively involved in research and Community Practice.
Dr. Stella started of serving as a doctor and manager in various Catholic Private Not-For-Profit hospitals in Uganda, where she gave distinguished service and leadership. She still offers this same leadership/direction to the same healthcare network even today. She remains a valuable asset to health system in particular, and to the development sector in general."
