• More than 11 (eleven) years of experience in providing advisory services on legal matters and making representations to the Board of Directors for large government agencies/authorities and parastatals, as well as in Courts of Law and Tribunals. • More than 11 (eleven) years at a Managerial Level in a government authority/agency enabling regulation for public procurement and disposal of public assets in Uganda. • Demonstrated abilities in providing leadership for technical working groups having chaired select committees including the technical committee of managers, the Public Private Partnerships committee and the Gender Equity and Social Inclusion committee among others. • I am an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and excelled at the Bar course, received the Attorney General’s Award on outstanding completion of the course. • I earned the Queen’s Graduate Award and Bursary for my exemplary academic performance while I was undertaking the Master of Law program at the Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario Canada.
