As a business ethics consultant, my primary objective is to ensure that company operates in terms of ethical principles like integrity and sustainability, to establish ethical practices that improve relevant protocols and services, and to educate employees about their ethical obligations pertaining to healthcare users, colleagues, and the institution. I aim to evaluate the ethical practices of individuals or company itself, to create a positive and productive work environment by communicating with employees, team members and management, setting clear goals of conflict of interest prevention, and monitoring their performance. I communicate with governing bodies within organization to develop a plan for training employees in compliance with the law and in their moral and ethical obligations to the company, to healthcare users, to potential employees, and to the public.
