Simona Simpson

"Simona is a passionate and intentional educational leader who truly believes that every student deserves access to a quality, equitable educational experience. What I appreciate about Simona is that her work is not just about education but about creating opportunities, removing barriers, and making sure students are seen, heard, valued, and given what they need to succeed. She understands the importance of building relationships and collaborating with others who share the same passion and commitment to young people. Simona leads with purpose, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a difference. She understands that this work is bigger than any one person and that real change happens when we come together with a shared vision. For Simona, educational equity is not just something she talks about; it is something she is intentional about putting into practice"
