"Dr. Kaburi is an excellent physician and leader. He is passionate about organizational growth/development and is highly client-centered. As acting medical director while in Lawra Municipal hospital before late 2022, I have had the opportunity to initiate talks on clinical partnership project between Lawra and members the German Society for Tropical Paediatrics and International Child Health (GTP) e.V. He was super involving, enthusiastic and actively leading the discussions. Under his directorship, the partnership talks took shape, became regular and progressive until he was reassigned to a different facility. His reassignment marked the gradual decline of the project talks as the new leadership seemed to have more responsibilities and could not sustain the partner's interest/questions.
