"I supervised Shirlee for three years while we worked in a therapeutic day treatment school. Shirlee taught high school-aged students that had behavioral, emotional, and most often academic deficits. Shirlee was always organized and prepared for her lessons and had to juggle several subjects throughout the day due to the differing age of the students. I feel that Shirlee’s strengths are working with students 1:1 or in a small group setting. Shirlee understood confidentiality and also accepted guidance from supervisors. Her attendance was outstanding."
