About

I am a full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and maternal health advocate rooted in community care and committed to Black maternal wellness. My work bridges mindfulness-based childbirth education, ancestral healing practices, and equity-focused activism to improve perinatal outcomes and restore sacred birthing experiences—especially for Black and Brown families. As Co-Director of Community Outreach with the Lunar Doula Collective, I engage in outreach, education, and advocacy that center culturally competent and trauma-informed care. I also serve as an affiliate with Wombs of the World, supporting global reproductive justice through storytelling, cross-cultural exchange, and curriculum development. Whether I’m attending births, leading workshops, or holding space for psychedelic integration, I walk with the belief that healing is relational, listening is sacred, and birth is a portal for both personal and collective transformation. Let’s connect if you’re working in birth justice, maternal mental health, community wellness, or holistic leadership!
