The Jobberman Youth Engagement Program which is Aim at Empowering Young people between the ages of 18 - 35 Years with Soft Skills, has avail me the opportunity to be a facilitator in the set Program for the past two years. Through the program I am privilege to have Trained over 10,000 young People with Soft Skills Across the 23 Local Government Areas in Kaduna state. I also work as a Volunteer providing support in area of petty cash utilization, logistics, welfare, book sales and promotions with a multinational Faith based Training Center. I analyse students feedback form and attend to all students complain about school. I also attend to all forms of enquiry from prospects. in rare cases I get involve with maintaining cordial relations with partners of the organization to give them a sense of belonging as donors. privilege also to work in youth leadership roles in Ecwa where I served and also trained a number of youth on leadership, accountability, and Transparency. in the education sector I was privilege to tutor a Number of pupils in two different schools where I taught Geography, CRS and Agricultural Science. General Achievement *Assist in the establishment of WAEC Center *Increase in the number of students within 2 Years * Establishment of two churches and two youth fellowship groups * 20% increase of book sales *Quality Leadership as a result of effective training been done. * Strong team Bond *Timely logistics movement of instructors within Kaduna
