I have known Ms Sharifa Kalokola for several years when teaching in Chemistry Department at the University of Dar es Salaam.
Ms Sharifa Kalokola possess a graduate degree and has reasonable work experience and good exposure obtained through participation in various relevant events. She is a matured person and has great passion in working independently or under minimum supervision
Based on her previous qualifications, experience and her determination, she is able to produce positive impact in her carrier.
She is good in writing and always strives to improve her skills in this area. Her computer skills are also worth to mention. These skills will help to competently handle her duties.
She is also a very good team player and collaborates well with her colleagues .
