We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PCA/CNA to join our team. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe environment while adhering to all medical protocols and standards.

Duties
• Provide personal care and companionship, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, and preparing meals.
• Assist with... mobility and transfers.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Support with daily activities and encourage independence as appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and ensure compliance with care plan, infection control, and safety measures.

• Engage with patients who have developmental disabilities or require specialized care such as dementia care.

Requirements
• Previous experience in patient care or homecare setting is preferred; critical care experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge is essential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; additional certifications in phlebotomy or medication administration are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to perform tasks related to vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Satisfactory background
