I had Scott as a professor in multiple classes while pursuing my undergraduate degree and always felt as though he went above and beyond as a teacher and mentor. Scott his very passionate about the filmmaking profession and takes a great interest in his students, working to develop them to be the best that they can be. He provided me with both internship experiences while in school as well as a few freelance projects after I graduated. He is the type of teacher who believes that learning should extend beyond just the traditional classroom setting, and took our classes to many events that would allow us to get a better understanding of the film industry. Scott is the type of professor who leaves a positive and lasting impact on every student he's ever taught and I'm very thankful for all that he has done to help me get to the place I am today in my career.
