"I have know Dr. Chesebro for more than 40 years. I met him in College. He was my professor, and since than he has been my Life Mentor. He is a highly educated and well experienced individual. He is purpose driven individual with incredible interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people and resolving problems. He leads by example. In closing, I must say that that because of his life principles, m 34 year career in law enforcement was a great success in which I had impact in the the community I served in creating, challenging and living the principles of proacting/prevention for alternative for troubled youth and broken families in all aspects of the municipal government , educational and criminal justice.
