  • Responsible for strategic planning by updating situation analyses and aligning proposals with priorities. Collaborate with colleagues and partners to set program goals and strategies and provide technical support to ensure coherent and integrated programming.
  • Establish benchmarks and performance indicators to assess program performance. Participate in evaluations to identify progress and weaknesses and ensure efficient use of resources by monitoring compliance with rules and donor commitments. And provide technical data interpretation and analysis to help inform decision making on succession planning.

  • Build partnerships with government, stakeholders, donors, and academia. Prepare advocacy and fundraising materials and represent UNICEF in inter-agency discussions to integrate organizational priorities into development planning.
  • Introduce innovative approaches, conduct research, share lessons learned and best practices, and organize capacity-building initiatives to enhance program efficiency and support sustainable health outcomes.
